With humble yet bold beginnings in the year 2005, we set out to create India’s first digital movie “Moonamathoral” which was released in the year 2006, in over 80 theatres across the state of Kerala. From the outset we were determined to chart new frontiers in the film making industry and it was with this unflinching vision that we have undertaken every film making project ever since. From making commercially viable films to films that address some of society’s most critical issues, we at Emil and Eric Digital Films believe in creating motion pictures that are relevant and inspiring. Our film “College Kumaran” featuring the superstar of Malayalam cinema, Lt Col Padma Shri Mohanlal and Vimala Raman was a record breaker in many ways. It was a movie that surpassed industry remuneration standards at that time when Shri Mohanlal was paid a whopping 1.25 crore rupees for his leading role in the film.

We have also produced critically acclaimed films like ‘Naalu Pennungal’ and ‘Oru Pennum Randaanum’ by legendary director Padma Vibhushan Sri Adoor Gopalakrishnan. This has also shown forth in the recognition we have received in the form of many awards and accolades. Our team’s passion lies in the beautiful and engaging art of storytelling through the medium of film. We are blessed to have with us on board a highly talented and diverse team of artists, directors and producers.
